Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We deliver across South Africa.

Some remote or outlying areas may have longer delivery times.

If your location is not serviceable by our couriers, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
4. Order Processing

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, along with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
5. Important Delivery Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible during business hours.

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

If no one is available, the courier may attempt re-delivery, which could delay the process.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, road closures).

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the issue.
